One of the best places to fish for Muskie in the southeastern region of Michigan is Lake St. Clair. The Lake is just filled with record size Muskie, I remember when my brother hooked his massive Muskie on our old Starcraft fishing boat. The area he caught the Muskie was around the 9 mile area, about a half a mile from land. The Muskie was no record, but it was definitely of good size and took like 20 minutes to reel in. The great thing about Lake St. Clair is these monster size fish can be caught anywhere in the lake, you don't have to be a professional angler to find them.
